For diagnostic assessments, cancellations made between 5 and 10 working days before the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the total fee. Cancellations made fewer than 5 working days before the appointment will incur the full assessment fee.
For psychiatric appointments, cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur the full consultation fee.
For therapy sessions, cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full session fee.
Missed appointments without notice are charged at the full rate.
Independent clinicians provide planned outpatient consultations and are not able to offer urgent or emergency support. If you are experiencing mental health crisis or feel unable to keep you or yourself safe. Please seek immediate help via your GP, NHS 111, A&E or emergency services 999.
